Victims Russians of cryptocurrency fraud will be helped

A service is launched to help victims of the actions of fraudsters in Russia and unscrupulous participants in the cryptocurrency market. The project initiator is the Russian Association of Cryptoindustry and Blockchain (RACIB), RBC was told in the organization.

The project will be coordinated by the vice president of the organization for the implementation of the Escrow mechanism Denis Dushnov and the vice president of the promotion of security technologies Alexander Brazhnikov.

The association noted that Russia entered the top three countries in the number of attacks on cryptocurrency exchanges. According to Diar, 45 trials involving digital money were conducted in the first two quarters of 2018. This is three times more than in the whole of 2017.

The project of the Association will be called FPCIA (First Private Cryptocurrency Investigation Agency) or TSC (Troubleshooting Consulting). These are working names. The new service will include a wide range of services, ranging from assistance in a situation where funds have already been lost, to evaluating investment project personnel for the risk of money theft.

Also, customers of the service will be able to count on the return of poor-quality equipment for mining from leased sites. Users will be able to consult by phone, e-mail or through the website, however, for a more effective work an in-person meeting is desirable.

For all requests, feedback will be given within one day, the victims will be offered a questionnaire, which will help to identify the circumstances of the incident and / or the essence of the issue.
